Daniel Russell’s practice focuses on gaming and pari-mutuel law, civil and administrative litigation, labor and employment law, and governmental law. Before joining Jones Walker’s prestigious gaming practice, Mr. Russell was the General Counsel to Florida’s premier thoroughbred horse track and casino, Gulfstream Park. Mr. Russell has been published in the area of gaming and pari-mutuel law by the UNLV Gaming Law Review and the Marquette Elder’s Advisor, in addition to lecturing around the country on topics such as gaming and white-collar crime. He is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Journalism and the Florida State University College of Law.
