Andrew G. Diaz represents a variety of business and property owners in eminent domain and property rights litigation matters throughout Florida. Prior to practicing law, he was a state certified real estate appraiser. He has practiced exclusively in the field of eminent domain for over 20 years and is a founding partner of the firm.
Mr. Diaz is a frequent lecturer on the topic of eminent domain. He has been the program chair and on the faculty of several eminent domain conferences and has lectured at Florida State University College of Business and St. Petersburg College.
Currently, he is the chairman of the steering committee for the 8th Annual Florida Eminent Domain Practice and Procedures published by The Florida Bar. He has been recognized by numerous publications, including Florida Trend’s Florida Legal Elite, Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America. Mr. Diaz is rated AV® PreeminentTM by Martindale-Hubbell.
