The company, which has a long history of success in Florida, is expanding three facilities here:
• At its Melbourne campus, Northrop Grumman plans to add up to 1,800 jobs and a $500-million capital investment.
• With the opening of the Aircraft Integration Center of Excellence in
St. Augustine and the Manned Aircraft Design Center of Excellence in Melbourne, the company will add 1,400 jobs and $170 million in capital investment.
These Florida locations were chosen for the availability of a skilled workforce and the presence of a thriving aviation industry.
