Q: Will you fax me a copy of the cover story in your January issue?

A: We do not fax articles. Our magazine is copyrighted and any unauthorized duplication of Florida Trend is illegal. If you can no longer find the issue on your newsstand, our circulation department handles single copy and bulk sales. Please call (800) 829-9103 to purchase. Or you can visit FloridaTrend.com, become a registered user at no charge, and search our archive of issues.

Q: You wrote a story on our company in the September issue and we want to make copies of that page and the cover to use for promotional purposes, what do we need to do?

A: Florida Trend is copyrighted and you cannot make copies of Florida Trend without written permission from the publisher. Reprints of articles are handled by Wright's Reprints. Please call (877) 652-5295 or www.wrightsreprints.com to discuss policy and fees.

Q: Our company would like to use portions of the article on us in your April issue for promotional purposes. We plan to enlarge the two-paragraph portion which tells about our company. Can we do this?

A: You can link to www.FloridaTrend.com, but anyone who wants to view an archived story will have to become a registered user. There is no fee to register.

Q: We would like to put a Florida Trend article on our website. How do we do this?
