FLORIDA TREND is a high-caliber business magazine that has been covering topics of interest to business people and professionals across the state for more than 55 years. It offers a business scope similar to national business monthly magazines, but focuses particularly on the business and economic goings-on within the state of Florida. It’s Florida’s only statewide business magazine.
How do I subscribe to FLORIDA TREND?
You now have three options for subscribing to FLORIDA TREND: (1) You can subscribe to the PRINT edition to receive your subscription by mail each month. (2) For a more eco-friendly option, you can subscribe instead to our DIGITAL edition, which is accessible whenever and wherever you want via mobile, tablet or PC. (3) Or, you can subscribe to our ALL ACCESS option, which delivers the best of both worlds with the convenience of home or office delivery of the PRINT edition each month, AND access to the DIGITAL edition on the device of your choosing.

How much does a subscription to FLORIDA TREND cost?
Basic subscription rates:

If I subscribe to FLORIDA TREND’s Digital edition, do I have to choose which device I will always want to access my issue on?
No. You are free to access your digital editions from any device whenever you please, although you will need to download the appropriate app if accessing from your tablet or mobile device. You may also need to login the first time you try to access your issue from any of your devices. Be sure to hang on to the email confirmation of your order, which will contain your Florida Trend Account number (your Login) and Password, as you will need these to access your issue from another device. Should you have problems, you can always contact our customer service department at custrelations@FloridaTrend.com or 1-800-829-9103, who will be happy to look up your account number and password for you.
Do you offer sample copies of FLORIDA TREND?
Yes, we’d be happy to send you a free trial issue. Request a copy from Customer Service. Limit one per customer.
Questions about your current subscription account
I am a current subscriber. Where can I find my account number to check the status of my subscription?
Your account number is located at the bottom of each billing and renewal notice you receive. If you subscribe to the DIGITAL edition, it is listed on the emailed confirmation notice we sent you when you subscribed. If you subscribe to the PRINT edition, it is listed on your mailing label, above your name. It all instances, it is 8-digits and alphanumeric and starts with “FT” followed by 6 numbers.
I am moving or have other subscriber information I'd like to change. How do I get that to you?
It’s easy to change your address or any other subscriber information. Simply make the changes online, or you may call our toll free number at 1-800-829-9103. We will need your old address or information, as well as your new address.
If I am already a current print subscriber, can I add the digital edition to my current subscription?
Absolutely! If you already subscribe to the print edition, we only charge an incremental cost of $10 per year for the digital edition. This means you pay just $0.83 per issue * the number of digital issues remaining on your term. Should you later decide that you only need to receive Florida Trend in one format (print *or* digital), we will be happy to refund this cost for all unserved issues.
What if I want to switch my print subscription to the digital edition?
Simply contact our customer service department (firstname.lastname@example.org or 800-829-9103), and we will be happy to make the switch for you. Whether you receive Florida Trend in print or digital format, the cost is the same.
How can I cancel all or part of my subscription?

How do I stop a duplicate subscription?
If you are receiving two copies of FLORIDA TREND each month but wish to receive only one, email us. We will combine your subscriptions into one, with delivery to your preferred name and/or address. Be sure to include either the account numbers or full name, address and zip codes for both subscriptions as they appear on your address labels, and indicate which name and/or address you prefer to have FLORIDA TREND delivered to. Or you can call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-829-9103 and we’ll be happy to take your information over the phone.
Why did I receive another invoice after I paid or cancelled my subscription?
You may receive a payment reminder after you have already mailed us your reply to the previous notice. This probably means our correspondence has simply crossed in the mail. If you receive a second notice after you have sent in your payment, there might be a problem. Please email us, or call customer service at 1-800-829-9103.
Why did I get another renewal notice after I renewed or cancelled my subscription
You may receive a renewal reminder after you have already mailed us your reply to the previous notice. This probably means our correspondence has simply crossed in the mail. If you receive a second notice after you have sent in your payment, there might be a problem. Please email us, or call customer service at 1-800-829-9103.
I get annoyed at receiving renewal notices months before my subscription expires. How do I sign up for the Preferred Continuous Service Program?
By popular demand, FLORIDA TREND now offers a Preferred Continuous Service program. Simply call 1-800-829-9103 or contact us via email about signing up for this preferred service, and we will automatically renew your subscription every year for as long as you wish without interruption, unless you tell us to stop. At the end of your initial term, and before the start of each new term, we will send you a reminder notice and simply bill you or charge your credit card to lock in the guaranteed low rate then in effect.
What if I received a damaged issue?
If you have received a damaged issue, please email us, or call customer service at 1-800-829-9103, and we will be happy to replace it.
What if my issue arrives late?
Both PRINT and DIGITAL issues should arrive no later than the 1st of each month. If you do not receive it by that time, please call us at 1-800-829-9103.
If you have missed an issue, we may have an incorrect address or email for you on file. Please contact us immediately so that we may verify our records. You can send us an email with your correct delivery information, or call customer service at 1-800-829-9103.
I do not want my name made available to other companies. How do I request that?
Occasionally, we make our subscribers’ mailing address available to companies whose products and services we feel might be of interest. If you would like your name excluded from these mailings, just let us know. Simply click here to email us, or call customer service at 1-800-829-9103. Be sure to include your account number or your full name and address as it appears on your subscription label. Indicate on your message your preference that your name is not promoted or sold.

Yes, you can purchase the PRINT edition of FLORIDA TREND at most Barnes & Noble stores around the state. May I photocopy any portion of FLORIDA TREND?
