Hard Rock International has announced the appointment of David Pellow to Senior Vice President of Company Cafe Operations. Pellow, who has been with Hard Rock for nearly 20 years, previously held the position of Area Vice President of Cafe Operations – Europe, where he managed operations for Hard Rock Cafe® locations in 13 countries across the continent.
