Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County, Clearwater

The Juvenile Welfare Board of Pinellas County is pleased to announce the appointment of Beth A. Houghton as CEO. Houghton's prior experience includes CEO of the St. Petersburg Free Clinic, and CFO and General Counsel of All Children's Health System. She graduated with honors from Stetson College of Law, Tulane University Graduate School of Business, and Newcomb College of Tulane. Houghton is licensed to practice law in Florida and served as Chairman of the Board for Signature Bank in St. Petersburg. She has taken numerous mission trips to rural Honduras, is Chair of the Hospital Board of H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute, and was prior Board President for Great Explorations, the Houghton-Wagman Children's Museum.
