The Executive Committee of Shutts & Bowen LLP has named Jack C. McElroy as firmwide Managing Partner. McElroy is a commercial litigation partner in the firm's Orlando office and will work alongside the firm's Executive Committee in the administration and growth of Shutts & Bowen's eight Florida offices.
