Eric Kuper [right] joins the firm as a Partner in the corporate practice group, bringing with him over 15 years' experience, including several years of prior work with Silverman Schermer's founding partners. Eric's practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, business transactions and general corporate law. In addition, the firm welcomes Benjamen Tobin as a Corporate/M&A Associate. Silverman Schermer focuses its practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, wealth preservation and estate planning.
