At Farm Credit, people are the core of fulfilling our mission. We have built a diverse team that provides our members with the best customer experience by incorporating our core values (customer-centric, integrity, people, performance, and dedication) into our culture! We believe these define who we are and directly attribute to our success. Every employee plays a vital role in helping our members provide a healthy and sustainable food supply for the world.

We strive to create an environment that fosters career development and supports our employees’ work-life balance with a flexible and hybrid work schedule. We pride ourselves on a fun, family-oriented culture that recognizes life and work milestones. In doing so, we have frequent off-site staff meetings to review our business objectives and celebrate and reward employee milestones and success. These meetings allow us to recognize our employees’ accomplishments while celebrating them in a fun way that gives back.

As the needs of the agriculture community and our employees change, we look forward to meeting these changes over the next 100 years. earn more at farmcreditcfl.com/career-opportunities.
