Clinscience, Tampa

NEUCA Group, the proprietor of Clinscience, has acquired a 72.6% stake in Tampa-based OncoBay, an oncological CRO founded by Moffitt Cancer Center. Krystyna Kowalczyk, OncoBay's CEO and co-founder, takes the CEO role of the combined structures of Clinscience and OncoBay. Tomek Dabrowski, CEO at Clinscience, continues his responsibilities as President and Chairman of the Board.
