Shutts & Bowen LLP announced the launch of the firm's Land Use Practice Group, which will provide real estate developers and investors with representation in the fields of land use, zoning, and local government matters. Alexander I. Tachmes, a partner in the Miami office of Shutts & Bowen LLP, was appointed to lead the state-wide group.
