Founding partner of the Miami office in 2022, Beatriz Azcuy leads the real estate group, oversees budgets and operations, helps with marketing, mentors personnel, and chairs the diversity, equity and inclusion committee. A Miami native, she has built a team where 42% of partners are ethnically diverse, 42% are women, 8% identify as LGBTQ and 8% are veterans. Azcuy has worked pro bono with incarcerated immigrants to gain release and/or medical care.
