Michael Brevda has grown Senior Justice Law Firm, 20 offices in 12 states, into one of the nation’s largest nursing home law practices. He has served as an arbitrator in abuse litigation and lectures nationally on negligence and wrongful death claims. Brevda advocates for Florida’s elderly both in the courtroom and in Tallahassee, where he has helped block legislation and is consulted by lawmakers. He is in the 2023 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch, a national list of lawyers as evaluated by their peers.
