Susan Eisenberg directs the Miami office of Cozen O’Connor, a Philadelphia firm with 825 attorneys in 31 offices, including London, Canada and three in Florida. She mentors women at the firm and sits on its board. Eisenberg represents employers and advises on compliance, discipline, terminations and reductions in force. She is Florida Bar board certified in labor and employment law and has been a fellow of the College of Labor & Employment Lawyers since 2007. Eisenberg is office liaison to the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce.
