A past president of the Florida Bar, Scott Hawkins is vice chair at Jones Foster, founded in 1924, a Palm Beach County law firm with 40 attorneys. Hawkins serves as an attorney’s fees counsel and expert witness and has been appointed by the courts as a receiver, trustee, mediator and special master given his ethics, experience and judgment. His practice is focused on commercial litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property. He has served on the executive committee of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County since 2019.
