Chair of the firm’s real estate practice group, Oscar Rivera also manages three offices in the tri-county area in South Florida, overseeing 44 attorneys and 53 support staff. Since 1981 he has handled a range of matters involving development and financing of commercial real estate, including retail, office, industrial, multifamily and mixed-use. Lecturing across the United States and South America, Rivera has been an advocate, mentor and educator to hundreds of professionals in the real estate industry generally and at his firm in particular.
