One of the firm’s founding attorneys and its president, Jim Robbins has been managing shareholder for 20 years. He leads strategy and operations and chairs the compensation and management committees. At civic, charitable and professional organizations, he represents the firm, and has fostered sustainable growth, from 45 lawyers to more than 115. He managed the Great Recession and the pandemic without laying off any lawyers. Robbins is a member of the Florida Council of 100 and served on the board of the Florida Aquarium.
