He has an AV Preeminent rating with Martindale-Hubbell, is a Florida Bar board certified specialist in business litigation and served for six years on the executive council of the bar’s business law section; also he co-chaired that section’s COVID-19 pandemic recovery task force. For eight years he was treasurer for the Tampa Hispanic Bar Association.
