The Florida Surplus Lines Office (FSLSO) is a not-for-profit organization created by statute to provide service and guidance to the Florida surplus lines insurance sector. The surplus lines market provides coverage for unique risks that the admitted market is unable or unwilling to insure, thus insuring the uninsurable. Florida is one of the largest surplus lines markets in the U.S. as measured by the billions in premiums written annually.
With service in our name, FSLSO has made it our mission to serve the surplus lines community and our employees by providing a collaborative and engaging work environment. We conduct regular compensation studies to ensure we continue to offer a competitive benefits package.
