Nicole Atkinson co-leads the professional liability defense group at Gunster, a Florida firm with 13 offices statewide and nearly 300 attorneys. She defends accountants and lawyers in professional liability cases, handles real estate disputes, intellectual property litigation, and estate and trust litigation. She has experience at trial and appellate levels, is an equity shareholder in the business litigation practice group and a member of the associate compensation and retention committee. She is board vice president of the Palm Beach Island Hospice Foundation.
