Trish Redmond’s practice centers on Chapter 11 reorganizations, litigation and appeals. She is a bankruptcy and creditors’ rights shareholder in the Miami office, sometimes using bankruptcy options to reach beneficial outcomes. She has experience with restructuring in court and in out-of-court workouts. She is the first woman chair of the American College of Bankruptcy Board of Regents. Redmond worked pro bono for a construction worker on dialysis who lost his home to bankruptcy; the case was settled successfully after 13 years.
