Managing partner and co-founder Ghada Skaff oversees business law at boutique Lieser Skaff Alexander. She was general counsel to a manufacturing and export company and grew versed in bills of lading and certificates of origin. She advises clients on business formation, from LLCs to corporations, and reviews documents like articles of incorporation and bylaws. She prepares sale agreements for businesses from restaurants to media companies. Skaff is fluent in Arabic dialect and co-chairs the income committee of American Cancer Society Tampa.
