At the biggest Florida-based law firm in the U.S., Michele Stocker founded and co-chairs the consumer financial services litigation practice and helps lead a global team of 100-plus attorneys. She represents financial institutions, from banks to credit card issuers, in litigation related to products and services. Concentrations include mortgage foreclosures and predatory lending. Born in Jamaica, Stocker is on the board of nonprofit the Crockett Foundation, which benefits middle school students; at Pine Crest School, she was the board’s first Black chair.
