At business law firm Lowndes, Becky Wilson is a shareholder, land-use section leader and affordable housing group chair. She represents developers and lenders on zoning and property rights issues. She has helped advance hotels and planned communities. She counseled GCB Associates on its $96 million sale of 460 acres near Disney. She was lead counsel on Heritage Park and helped bring SunRail weekend service. Wilson is governance chair of the Urban Land Institute of Central Florida and a past chair of the Winter Park Chamber.
