Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1975, Alan Kluger is a founding member of the boutique firm and remains a managing partner. The veteran courtroom lawyer represents some of the nation’s largest businesses and most prominent individuals in challenging and complex cases. The firm’s expertise lies in business and corporate litigation, real estate and construction litigation, securities and financial fraud, probate and estate, intellectual property disputes, class actions, and complex family litigation. In 2021, Kluger helped to establish the H.T. Smith Legal Studies Scholarship for minority law students.
