Stuart Ratzan founded the personal injury law firm in 2001. He has aggressively pursued multimillion-dollar judgments and settlements on behalf of clients and brought cases of negligence and medical malpractice to trial. During the pandemic, he helped form a task force at the American Board of Trial Advocates to promote the return of in-person trials in Miami, and he is a past president of The Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division. As a cyclist, he has ridden for charities such as the Davis Phinney Foundation, the Dolphins Cancer Challenge and Best Buddies International.
