Gary Rosen has been the firm’s managing shareholder and CEO since 2012. He oversees governance and leads recruitment and marketing. Board certified in Business Litigation Law, he has clients that include county and city governments, developers, builders and financial institutions. He also represents national corporate clients in protecting intellectual property rights through civil prosecution of trademark and copyright infringement. Rosen has been honored for his work with the Broward County Circuit Court. And, for more than a decade, he has worked with the United Way of Broward County.
