A 46-year law veteran, Robert Turk is a Miami shareholder and chair of the office’s labor/employment department. Turk handles matters related to employment litigation, wage and hour, supervisory training, equal employment opportunity claims, affirmative action, union avoidance, wrongful discharge, employment and union contracts, trade secrets, non-compete agreements, and many others. Clients range from hotels and restaurants to financial institutions, aerospace and retail establishments. Among his civic efforts, he is a past chair of the Labor & Employment Law Section of The Florida Bar, and a past president of the Academy of Florida Management Attorneys.
