Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) welcomes its new Executive Director of Military Affairs & Veteran Services, Mishaw Cuyler, Ph.D. Dr. Cuyler brings 21+ years of military leadership experience, including roles in higher education and healthcare administration. In his new position, Dr. Cuyler will provide vision and direction in helping FSCJ become the most military-friendly college in the nation.
