Jennifer Carroll is a partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office and a co-chair of its Education Industry group (K-12 institutions). Her practice encompasses employment litigation, including all types of discrimination, Fair Labor Standards Act and unpaid wage claims, Family and Medical Leave Act, whistleblower, and restrictive covenant claims. In addition to her litigation practice, Carroll counsels employers on preventative measures. Also, she frequently presents at local and national conferences for various industry groups on employment issues, and regularly conducts management trainings.
