Lisa Goldberg has been the organization’s executive director since 2003 in Plantation. She has two-plus decades of experience in family law, including as the Family Law supervising attorney at Legal Aid Service of Broward County. She has advocated for, developed and implemented the Family Court Self Advocacy Program at Central Broward County Courthouse, which assists pro se litigants with their family law cases. Also, she helped found the Broward County Domestic Violence Steering Committee, which turned into the Broward Domestic Violence Council.
