In Maitland, partner Sherry Lambson-Eisele chairs the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Group and is a member of the Construction Litigation Practice Group. Her work ranges from litigating construction payment disputes, construction defects, claims of lien and prosecuting/defending claims for extra work to terminations, construction delays, indemnity disputes and construction project administration. Also, Eisele has considerable experience in litigating business torts, employment contracts, franchise agreements, commercial foreclosures and more. All the while, she has displayed noteworthy strategic thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
