In St. Petersburg, shareholder Susan Roeder Martin helps to lead the firm’s State and Federal Government and Administrative Practice. She has handled a wide range of environmental issues, including permitting and permit challenges, enforcement, mitigation banks, litigation, mediation, congressional lobbying, and appeals. She also has participated in the drafting and adoption of environmental resource permit rules. For most of her career, Martin has provided public service as an attorney with the South Florida Water Management District. Also, she is a Supreme Court-certified mediator.
