Lauren Raines is a partner in Tampa and a member of the Banking and Financial Services and Real Estate practice groups — dividing time between transactional and litigation matters. On the litigation side, she handles contested commercial and consumer mortgage foreclosure trials for banks and mortgage servicers statewide. For transactional clients, she handles a variety of commercial lending transactions, including construction loans, loans secured by retail centers, and industrial facilities and multifamily housing, among others. In addition, Raines is charged with growing the Tampa office.
