Christina Russo is a partner in Miami and serves as co-chair of the Capital Markets Practice. She represents public and private companies, and advises on corporate and securities matters, and mergers and acquisitions. Further, she counsels boards and senior management on a variety of corporate governance matters, including environmental, social and governance.
