Carolina Sznajderman Sheir. a shareholder in Hollywood, is certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law by The Florida Bar. She regularly teaches a Department of Business and Professional Regulation-approved Condominium and Homeowners Association Board Certification Course for clients and statewide condominium board members. Also, she is a member of the Condominium and Planned Development Committee of The Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar, as well as a frequent presenter/lecturer on related topics.
