"We've been the lone wolf of Downtown — pun not intended — for a while now."
One of Jacksonville's premier retail stores will relocate out of downtown this year.
Wolf and Cub, a vintage clothing and local accessories store also known for its unique Jacksonville Jaguars gear, announced on social media that the location at 205 N. Laura St. will close in the coming weeks.
Emily Moody and her husband, Varick Rosete, opened the store in 2016 and stock it with vintage finds from as far away as France as well as sports apparel Rosete designs.
Moody said it was with a "heavy heart" that they came to the decision to move out of Downtown.
