"It’s always a melting pot of people who like the muscle cars and show cars and race cars."
The FuelFest car festival is bringing “Fast & Furious” actors Tyrese Gibson and Cody Walker, brother of the late Paul Walker and founder of FuelFest, to the Florida State Fairgrounds on March 1.
This traveling car festival has been a big hit with gear heads at stops in West Palm Beach, Los Angeles, Tokyo, London and even Abu Dhabi. It is also a fundraiser for Reach Out WorldWide, a nonprofit started by actor Paul Walker that has raised more than $600,000 to help deploy resources for first responders at disaster areas. They recently helped in Asheville, North Carolina, and Englewood, Florida, following hurricanes Helene and Milton.
Now in its seventh year of traveling around the world, this is the first time FuelFest is racing into Tampa. New for this event will be judged car show sections.
