Attorney Robert Rubenstein formed the Law Offices of Robert Rubenstein, P.A., in 1988. The firm has since grown to a staff of 64 and they have proven themselves worthy opponents to insurance companies and corporate giants. The firm has secured more than $150 million in settlements and verdicts in a wide variety of personal injury cases. Mr. Rubenstein has received several honors, including an AV rating by Martindale- Hubbell, the highest rating awarded by the publication. Graduating at the top of his class, Mr. Rubenstein earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Law School in 1978. In school, he was recognized with several academic awards and was valedictorian of the 1978 Florida Bar Exam.
