Endangered Blogger

Patrick Knowles Rizzardi

A West Palm Beach environmental lawyer has posted the nation’s first legal blog devoted entirely to news about the Endangered Species Act. Keith Rizzardi, a South Florida Water Management District attorney, launched www.ESABlawg.com last September. The site draws from his experience as an Endangered Species Act litigator for the U.S. Department of Justice Environment and Natural Resources Division. “ESABlawg is intended to provide balanced coverage related to the Endangered Species Act without the usual bias toward either environmentalists or builders,” Rizzardi says.
