Manhattan Construction Company has promoted Michael Miller [left] to vice president and Scott Heddens [center] to operations manager of its Central Florida region. Based in Tampa, Miller will lead client engagement, preconstruction, and construction services, and Heddens will oversee field operations to ensure building excellence for Manhattan's clients throughout the region. In 2020, Manhattan appointed Melanie Jantschek [right] as director of business development. She is responsible for overseeing new business acquisition and strategic account management. These moves are intended to support Manhattan's growing presence in multiple market sectors throughout Tampa and Central Florida.
Shumaker announces Sarasota Managing Partner Jennifer B. Compton has been named Vice Chair of Shumaker's Management Committee to work alongside the Chair of the Management Committee in establishing and executing the overall goals, finances, priorities, and culture of the firm.
