Insurance Care Direct, one of the nation's largest health and life insurance agencies, announces the company's Chief Operating Officer John D. Doak has been appointed to the Amicus Committee of the Coalition Against Insurance Fraud. For more than 20 years, the Amicus Committee has been a key anti-fraud voice to American courts and regularly weighs in on federal and state cases.
DeAngelis Diamond welcomes Senior Preconstruction Manager, David Puls. David has extensive experience leading teams to achieve operational goals for complex projects. In his new role, David is responsible for leading preconstruction and estimating activities, overseeing the development and updating of project budgets throughout each stage of the process.
Dana Burton has been elected to the Board of Directors of MHM. Dana has been with the Tampa Bay practice for over 20 years and is currently a MHM shareholder. She serves clients advising on reporting requirements for defined contribution and defined benefit plans. She is a CPA and holds her Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of South Florida.

Ramon Valls has joined EisnerAmper's South Florida Forensic, Litigation and Valuation Services practice conducting national and international litigation support, acquisition due diligence, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations as well as working on cross-border forensic accounting investigations including fraud, anti-money laundering, and financial reporting.

The Community Foundation of Tampa Bay has elected Mike Starkey as the Chair of the Board of Trustees. Starkey is vice president of strategic account solutions at New York City-based LivePerson, an artificial intelligence tool that helps some of the world’s largest brands engage with online customers in a conversational way. He has served on the Community Foundation’s Board of Trustees since 2014 and previously chaired the Governance and Investment committees.
Mallory Lykes Dimmitt joins the Florida Wildlife Corridor Coalition this August as the inaugural CEO. Instrumental in the Coalition's development, Dimmitt will now lead the team as they continue to champion a collaborative campaign to connect, protect, and restore the Florida Wildlife Corridor. Dimmitt previously served as VP of Strategic Development for Lykes Bros. Inc.
Lee Anderson Louy is North Florida Land Trust's new director of philanthropic services. She will lead the fundraising division and work to expand the donor base. Louy, a Jacksonville native, earned a doctorate of education and masters in public administration. She also holds the CFRE designation; a certified fundraising executive credential that is recognized worldwide.
Mark Metheny has joined Homes by WestBay as President of HBWB Development Services, LLC, WestBay's land management company. In his new role, Metheny will handle expansion, acquisitions, and development for both Homes by WestBay and its subsidiary, Casa Fresca. Metheny was previously the Central Florida Division President for Lennar Homes.
Rich Petitt has joined Homes by WestBay as its in-house General Counsel, overseeing risk management, litigation, and business and contractual matters for the company. Petitt brings nearly 30 years of experience in a variety of disciplines including real estate law, construction law, and commercial litigation. He was previously Managing Partner with Petitt PLLC in Tampa.

IBERIABANK First Horizon announced the appointment of SVP, Private Banking Group Manager, Lawrence Hatch to Market President, Central Florida. Hatch previously led the bank's Private Wealth Group. Hatch will oversee balance sheet and income statements of all lines of business in the Central Florida market; including not limited to consumer, wealth and commercial banking.

Ed Joyce has been named Vice Chairman of Grove Bank & Trust after serving in several leadership positions for Northern Trust for the past 37 years. Joyce will oversee Grove Bank & Trust's client engagement efforts across its five offices in Miami-Dade County. The announcement was made today by the Chairman & CEO of Grove Bank & Trust, Sheldon T. Anderson.
Tony Nason is President of PulteGroup's newly established Northeast Florida Division. Nason has full operational and financial responsibility for PulteGroup's homebuilding activities in the Jacksonville market. PulteGroup is the nation's third-largest homebuilder. Prior to being named division president, Nason served as VP of operations overseeing Jacksonville.

Terrence Wright has been appointed the new V.P. of Facilities and Support Services at Moffitt Cancer Center. Wright comes from Saint Joseph Medical Center in Joliet, Illinois, where he was the director of Facilities Management & Construction. "Terrence will bring a wealth of knowledge to Moffitt," said Jane Fusilero, R.N., V.P., and chief nursing officer.
Santosh Mohan, MMCi, CPHIMS, FHIMSS, has joined Moffitt Cancer Center as the new vice president of Digital. This newly created position will be instrumental as Moffitt accelerates its digital capabilities to advance cancer care. "We are thrilled to have Santosh join the Moffitt team," said Edmondo Robinson, M.D., senior vice president and chief digital innovation officer.
Sarabdeep "Sabi" Singh has been named executive vice president and chief operating at Moffitt Cancer Center. "I'm thrilled to have Sabi join the Moffitt family.
