TGH has appointed Sarah Jones-Chambers to the executive leadership team of the volunteer group that advises Tampa General on patient experience. Jones-Chambers will serve alongside Freeman as executive co-chair and is a champion for seniors’ rights, respect and dignity in medical care, and has served on the StoryCorps, Bylaws and Technology Committees of the council.

TGH has appointed Leslie Reicin Stein as executive secretary to the executive leadership team of the volunteer group that advises Tampa General on patient experience. Stein applied to the Patient and Family Advisory Council six years after she was treated for inflammatory breast cancer at Tampa General. Her work with the Oncology and General Councils has influenced patient protocols.

Megan Strayhorn has joined her father at Strayhorn, Persons-Mulicka & Fisher — the Southwest Florida law firm started in 1915. Strayhorn's passion for public service brought her to work at the Public Defender’s Office for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Fort Myers. During five years working as an Assistant Public Defender, she litigated dozens of contested hearings and jury trials.

Sean Ouellette has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for the company. Sean has spent the last 6 years leading KAST's Tampa business unit. Under Sean's leadership KAST has expanded its geographic reach from Tampa to St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Fort Myers and Naples.

Kristine Retetagos has been promoted to Sr. Vice President and Division Manager for KASTs Tampa Business Unit. Kristine has spent the last 6 years as Vice President of Preconstruction Services in Tampa and has been instrumental in KASTs sales and expansion throughout the SW Florida region.

KAST Construction, Tampa Bay

Alex Cervera has been promoted to Regional Vice President of Operations for Southwest Florida. Alex has been with KAST since 2016 and previously served in role including Project Executive and Vice President of Operations. Alex will provide operational support and leadership to all of KAST's projects in the SW Florida region from Tampa to Naples.

Neil Levy has been promoted to Vice President of Operations for KASTs Miami Business Unit. Neil has built some of Florida's largest and most complex projects and is currently leading the Legacy project in Midtown Miami. Neil will work with KASTs Miami and east coast leadership team to assure controlled profitable growth in the Miami/Dade County region.

Sean Martin has been promoted to Regional Vice President of Operations for southeast Florida. Sean has been with KAST since 2005 and has held multiple senior operations roles with the firm. In his new role, Martin will provide operational support and leadership to all of KASTs projects from Palm Beach County to Miami/Dade County.

Mike MacDonald has been promoted to Senior Vice President/Division Manager of KASTs West Palm Beach Office.  Mike has held previous posts including senior project manager, project executive and most recently Vice President of Operations.  MacDonald has been part of some of KASTs largest and most challenging projects around the state of Florida.

Powell has spent 19 years at Palmer Ranch Holdings, starting as an analyst in 2004 and working his way up to vice president. Powell holds a bachelor's degree in international business from Florida State University and has earned a master's degree in real estate evaluation from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business. Palmer Ranch is a master-planned community covering 15,000 acres in Sarasota County, Florida, with more than 14,000 residential units, along with a mix of industrial uses, commercial and office uses, and recreational areas.
