To qualify for recognition as a Notable Real Estate / Land Use Attorney, nominees must meet the following criteria:

  • Be based in Florida; be in good standing with the Florida Bar Association.
  • Be a practicing attorney specializing in real estate and/or land use law, affiliated with a law firm that has a minimum of 10 staff members.
  • Have at least 10 years of experience practicing law.
  • Demonstrate a measurable and specific impact around real estate or land use law – such as through landmark deals, significant casework, or policy contributions.
  • Mentor or sponsor fellow attorneys and promote professionalism and ethical practices within their workplace.
  • Exhibit leadership in professional organizations and participate in civic or community initiatives, including pro bono work.
  • Each law firm may have no more than five attorneys recognized in this category

All nominee information must be fully completed before submitting. There is no option to save progress and continue later.
