UWF to lead coalition charged with filling critical shortage of cyber-security jobs

In announcing the grant, the NSA noted the cyber-security workforce shortage in the U.S. is estimated to exceed 500,000.  

The UWF-led team, which includes Florida International University and the University of South Florida, specifically will focus on recruiting, preparing and placing former military and first responders into cyber-security positions in critical infrastructure sectors.
