Chris Wimsatt is now Manager, Real Estate Product Development for Duke Energy Florida's Economic Development Team. He is responsible for overseeing the real estate focused Site Readiness Program and increasing the quantity and quality of industrial sites by identifying, assessing, improving, and marketing developable properties across Duke's service territory in Florida.
