Nicholas D. Horner has joined Shumaker's Tampa office as a Partner in the Corporate, Tax and Transactions Service Line. Nick focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, fund formation, and taxation. Nick holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University and an MBA from Florida State University.
