Timothy J. Rudge has joined Shumaker’s Litigation and Disputes Service Line as a Senior Attorney. An aggressive and client-focused litigator, Rudge focuses on contract, partnership, business, real property disputes and construction defects. He's tried cases in both jury and bench trials, and his experience includes litigation in Ohio and Florida from filing of the action to trial.
