At Shuffield Lowman, Stephanie Cook leads a team of attorneys in probate and trust litigation and contested guardianship. As a fiduciary attorney, she confronts elder abuse and exploitation; she is a speaker and author on this topic and how to recognize and stop it. At the Florida Bar, she serves in almost every capacity related to her practice and this year was named to the Florida Probate Rules Committee.
